Easy to swallowI did a lot of research before settling down for these vitamins, they contain everything that is essential for a healthy growing baby. I started taking these as soon as I found out I was pregnant, 4 weeks actually, and I am now 17 weeks and running through my last few. My baby is healthy, thanks be to God, and I have had no issues with anemia or any other deficiency-related illness. Also, it is worth noting that even though I have had horrible cases of morning sickness, these pills were easy to take. 5Great resultsI feel so much better since I started taking these! They go down easily and if I take with meals (as instructed) I avoid the nausea I typically get with prenatals. I intend to continue use throughout my pregnancy. 5I am the kind that have nausea from vitamins but not with this one!!Love love love this multi vitamin! I am a petite lady and have always had issues taking multi vitamins pills as they make me nauseous. When my husband and I decided to have a baby, I did research and picked the rainbow pill, which I could not stand despite the so many good reviews.Then I decided to give Zahler a try. Today I am 3 months postpartum and am still taking this pill daily and happily, and will continue to do so as long as this product is available in the market.Hands down this is the best pill ever. It is easy to swallow and is small and does not have the bad smell of a medicine at all. Not to mention my baby came out to be super healthy and measuring in the 70th percentile in terms of weight and hight. I was energetic throught my pregnancy and I worked until 5 days before giving birth. My career is public accounting, so I do looooong hours (50-80 hours a week).Thank you so much for this awesome product and please keep up the good work! 5Easy to swallow, but due to ingredients will not be purchasing again...I purchased these prenatal vitamins as a headstart. I am not pregnant yet, but my doctor told me to get myself started on one at least 3 months before getting pregnant. I started researching all the prenatal vitamins out there and was quickly overwhelmed with trying to decide what would be a good one to go with. I came across this brand and started reading all the reviews. I liked that people said they were small, easy to swallow softgels that only needed to be taken once a day. I also liked that they had DHA in them and plenty of Iron. I have a tendency to be slightly anemic no matter what I do diet wise, so I wanted to see if they would help there as well. I saw many people complain about the fishy smell... yes, they do smell a bit fishy, but all you're doing is pouring one out of the bottle and closing it back up, so unless you sit there and sniff the darn bottle all day it's not a big deal.After taking these for 2 months, I can't say I have noticed much of a difference in anything. They did help boost my Iron though (I was finally able to donate blood because my Iron was high enough). They are definitely easy to swallow, don't leave any nasty after taste or fish burps like some people were saying, and I never felt sick after taking them. My biggest complaint with these and the reason I will not be purchasing them again is due to the type of fish used... TILAPIA. Tilapia is a junk fish that is predominantly farm raised, fed a terrible diet, and are often genetically modified and pumped full of antibiotics. Not to mention Tilapia also has a lower amount of the Omega 3 fatty acids that are vitally important for the body and developing fetus. I avoid eating Tilapia at all costs, so when I saw that these contained that type of fish I immediately decided to not purchase these again. I have continued to take them because I had already opened them and was about a month into taking them by the time I had really sat down and read everything in them. I didn't want to be rude and send them back at that point, and I didn't want to just waste my money either by tossing them out. I'm not pregnant yet, so after finishing these up, I will be making sure the next round of prenatals I purchase have a better more sustainably sourced fish for the DHA, and most likely Folate as opposed to it's synthetic form Folic Acid. 3Great for bad gag reflex, everything you need in one pill!I have been taking these for almost a year, and I have never, ever had a problem with them. Like all vitamins, it has a "vitamin" smell, but to me, it's not an issue! I am almost 20 weeks pregnant and I haven't had any issues with pregnancy related anemia so far. I love that it includes iron and you only have to take 1 daily. Also, I have a super, super bad gag reflex. In the first trimester, I would gag on everything in the morning and throw up. I take these at night to avoid the gagging issue and I have never had a problem swallowing these, they are so easy and so small! I recommend these prenatals to anyone with bad reflex. They are my #1 choice. 5NO NAUSEAWho would have thought that you can actually find a prenatal vitamin with iron added with NO symptoms of nausea. I originally was taking gummy vitamins at night; however, I would find myself waking up throughout the night on occasion and either throwing up or feeling extremely nauseous even if I ate food with it. My pregnancy does not agree with the gummy vitamins at all and I took them for roughly 2 months skipping days here and there because of how they made me feel. I honestly felt that there would be no prenatal vitamins on the market that wouldn't make me sick. I ran across these after searching online and after reviewing the reviews, I decided to take a chance. I take them at night before bed. These have been a lifesaver because they have a smooth coating, natural smell, and don't make me sick which was a DEAL BREAKER. I would recommend any woman pregnant to try to these out. You will NOT be disappointed! 5Best Mini Prenatals I've Taken!I found out I was pregnant in June 2018 so I had to get into prenatals asap. After many trials and errors with other vitamins, I came across this brand and thought it was a little 'pricey' for pills. I decided to just go ahead and buy them since I've spent a lot of money anyways and let me tell you, these were the perfect prenatals for me! They're small and got good results during every doctor visit! What I've been seeing is about the "fishy smell" the pills have, I haven't experienced it with the bottle I received so I can't speak about it. 10/10 would recommend 5Finally!!I've been trying out different prenatals for months now. I've had the massive ones, the ones that smell and taste like fish, the gummies that taste terrible and you have to take 3... I've been shopping around for a pill that is small, reasonably priced, contains dha, is kosher, and doesn't taste or smell like fish. I finally found a winner!I was concerned that some reviewers mentioned a fish smell but I don't think they smell at all. Maybe if you stick your nose in the bottle? I don't plan on doing that. But I DO plan on buying these for the rest of my pregnancy. 5Very good for those who are sensitive to iron intake with other prenatalsI learned my lesson on giving reviews to early despite being asked nicely to leave a review twice by email. I think that would be my only complaint. With medication, it takes time to know how someone s body is going to react. Especially a pregnant body! I run two businesses as well and I know how important reviews are but maybe just give a little more time before asking for a review a couple times.I am now about a month in with these new prenatals and I have to say they are working great for me. Other prenatals were just to strong in iron and made me throw up within 20 mins of taking them. I have had a lot of luck with these little pills. The prescription prenatals were just to expensive so I was thankful to see the price was very reasonable as well. Dr was happy with the ingredients as well. I have kept them down and will buy again. 5No complaints over hereI have been taking these for over 2 months now. I have no complaints. I do add more fish oil and calcium to my vitamin routine but I literally searched about 100 different vitamins before picking one and these are great in what they provide, the size of the pill (I use the mighty mini version), and the price. Couldn't be beaten. The black color of the pill is a little offsetting but nothing is perfect. Right? 5
