These help reduce the pain of plantar fasciitis moderately well ...These help reduce the pain of plantar fasciitis moderately well. Generally, plantar fasciitis spontanteously resolves within a year. Those who have very severe pain or duration greater than 1 year should seek medical advice from an orthopedist, podiatrist, &/or physical therapist. More info is available from the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons as well as a brochure on Foot and Ankle Conditioning (google: plantar fasciitis). 5Fell apart.Did not provide relief beyond 3 hoursI travel. A lot. Was looking for something that would mitigate brought on by 6-10+ hours of walking on a travel day. The pictures of the cups attached are after the first and 8nly use of the cups. 1Literal game-changer.So I was skeptical, but love the hell out of this pair of heeled boots I have. I got tendonitis VERY badly in my right ankle from a mile or so in those boots, as in bad enough I had to have physical therapy. But I really love those boots! And I'm an idiot who didn't want to give them up. So I decided to try these insoles in Paris (and I took back-up flats with me--when the tendonitis started in Sausalito, I had to spend $180 on a pair of flats so I could walk enough to get back to my AirBnB because there aren't exactly options there), and holy crap-nuggets. I literally walked MILES a day, every day for a MONTH, and they ended up making those boots more comfortable than flats I'd taken with me that were designed for walking far distances. I'm going back for a few weeks, and am buying more of these heel insole things and more heels shoes because I don't want to risk anything else being less comfortable. Literal game-changer. I wouldn't have expected this from pretty cheap insoles.Update: Now that it's January 2019, I've been using the same pair for almost a year, and those same boots are still ridiculously comfortable. No insoles so cheap should work so well.I read some of the negative reviews and rolled my eyes. They add thickness? Duh. You're adding something inside your shoes. Too big? Get the smaller ones. Too small? Get the bigger. I wear a women's 10.5 and got the blue ones. How can someone complain both that they're too sticky, but also don't stay in place? Or they're too sticky, but too slippery to walk on? I really don't understand that. How is it possible to be both?Really, just try these. I'm going to be getting some for some heels I have. I found they've helped my bunions since I can lean back and keep my weight on my heels instead of the balls of my feet. If I'm in flats and do that, my tendons start to hurt and my heels themselves hurt. But I can do that in heels in with these insoles! 5HuzzahI had bone spur, and Achilles tendon repair. After a few days rest, I put these heel cups in my shoes and I must say that the results have been very promising. They came on time and have been great. They give me support and I have experienced no new pain. I would recommend these to anyone with minor heel issues. 5Short life span but these pads do helpThe first pair I bought shredded inside my shoe but they did cushion my heal enough to relieve the pain. I bought two more pair thinking if they don t stamd up to my rigorous work schedule at least Iwill have replacement pads available. Do not get me wrong these pads to help but they are not very durable. One pad was destroyed by what I would consider normal use in 2 10 hour shifts. 4Your heels will thank youMy feet used to throb with pain at the end of my shifts at work and would ache for at least 2 days. When you first receive these, the first thing you ll notice is how soft and thick it is, as well as how sticky it is. Honestly, these could double as a lint roller for your shoes. These will grip the insides of your shoes and for a while, your socks. Anyway, you ll definitely feel a difference from the first step and throughout your day. I will have to add, though, that the arches of my feet ache more from wearing these and it could be that the insoles don t seamlessly transition from the insole to the shoe insole or maybe it could be something else from my feet. These will definitely help you and at this low of a price, no other insoles can compare 5Not in love with the materialThey are okay. I've used drug store brand ones in the past that weren't as thick and cushy as these are. These have a good thickness to them. However, these are way too sticky and it's gross when you move them to different shoes. Every piece of lent and fuzz and dirt sticks to them. They also they have a strong chemical smell that i try to counteract with a tea tree foot spray. I used these in my soccer game and they didn't help the heel pain at all when i ran. Hopefully as the months go on my pain will subside. 3Overall good productI bought two different models of heel sole (first time buying any) and definitely prefer these to the other brand I tried. They fit and are comfortable. My only complaint (which I think is true of most brands, and why I went four stars instead of five) is that the insert won't stay in place when putting on the shoes or moving feet around too much; they stay on while in use and walking just fine. Easily solved with some two-way tape, but a bottom with any sort of friction would make a huge difference. Overall I like them and do what I need. 4
