one of my favoritesPretty effective! This was recommended to me and I can attest to it's effectiveness. Take one or two in the evening and feel relaxed within just 20 minutes. Holy crap these things smell like chemicals..it's just the capsules they use. People are often frightened by the chemical name L-theanine but once you explain it's actually a naturally occurring amino acid (i think) from green tea, they get over the gut reaction. I do a lot of supplements like this including one of my favorites phenibut (different use case), but this is up there with it. very effective without dependency or building tolerance.Word to the wise though.. you can buy the powder in bulk from places like liftmode and it's just as effective for insanely cheap. goes really good in morning smoothies I find.. the powder form. 5Downsizing ? New bottle same 250 MG but much smaller? HmmUse L Theanine to sleep and the new bottle looks the same as old , same label , same manufacturer , same 250 MG but smaller capsule... not cool at all . 1Exhausted mom.I really love this. I m a mom to five. 12, 6, 5, 3, and a 8 week old. I don t get to sleep through the night and haven t in almost 7 years. Literally. Not a single night. I m nursing the baby. I homeschool. Lol. I m exhausted. Well, I was. I m also taking Zoloft for anxiety. I started taking the theanine two weeks ago. I forgot I had it in the cupboard and just decided to one day. Since discovering L-Theanine, however, I haven't used Xanax for months! It is just strong enough to put me back to sleep, without the drowsiness I would feel after taking other sleeping aids, such as Ambien. I am so happy I discovered this product! 5I'm sleeping better, (not waking up as much during the night .... I have been very impressed with this product! I take a capsule with breakfast and one with dinner and I have noticed several things: first, a sense of calmness that wasn't there before, second, I'm sleeping better, (not waking up as much during the night and not needing as much melatonin), and lastly, I noticed a decrease in my episodes of tachycardia that I previously experienced multiple times a week and now with this product, I've had only one in the last ten days. These are exactly the effects I had hoped for based on my research and I am hoping these positive effects continue long term. 5
