Being gassy isn't classyThey work for me. When I don't use them with a meal I feel a bit bloated and gassy. I've been using this brand for a long time and don't think I'll be switching. Keep in mind everybody's system is different and one brand may work well for me but not for you. 4Works greatLove these have acid reflux and these enzymes are a life saver. 5Works great.I have tried so many products and they either do nothing or really upset my system. I can tell a difference in taking them and not taking them if I am having a splurge meal, my body definitely digests better when taking the enzymes. I know many people that take enzymes before every meal but I feel like that is a bit much since our bodies are designed to release enzymes for food digestion (unless you have a health issue in that area). Great buy and a great price. Earthfare sells them for a few dollars more. 5Helped Me A LotI had a second open heart surgery in April for a congenital heart defect . I ended up on life support for nine days and woke up with a feeding tube in my stomach. The feeding tube healed up well, but I started having serious stomach problems. I've always had sensitive digestion, but now I was having Sulphur/egg burps that would lead to serious gas and heavy liquid stools. (sick). This went on for over three months. The DR tried different treatments and I tried different probiotics, but nothing worked. I started taking these enzymes and within two days I stopped having those horrible symptoms. My hair seems to be doing better as well. My hair was falling out so much that I thought it would clog the drain in my shower. I don't have long hair, but I was loosing my hair like crazy and that has stopped as well. I plan on staying on this product. 5
