It WorksWhile too early (one week) with this product, I'm a bit stunned how well it is working so far. Every five or six years my plantar faciitis flares up. I refuse to return to a podiatrist since I know what it is and what my options are. Instead I decided to look at Amazon and see if there was something inexpensive I could wear temporarily to address the pain. I purchased this product, wore it for 10 hours after work and while sleeping. I noticed an immediate improvement after the first night and about 80% better now. I also have a bone issue in my left foot from improper shoes that was not helped by this sleeve. But it seems as though the product does what it was designed to do and I am expecting to be pain free in another week. Another great interaction with Amazon and its' seller. 5I sleep in them everynight and my Plantar Fasciitis is curedSleeping in these socks has changed my life- I'm not exaggerating. Expensive sneakers and orthotics failed to improve my extremely painful symptoms of Plantar Fasciitis, but ten days after purchasing and wearing these every night I am 100% pain free. My feet hurt less than what I thought was "normal" even before I developed Plantar Fasciitis this year, and I'm once again able to walk distances in cute shoes without pain. I'd give this product 15 stars- I was dreading an upcoming international trip and now I am excited to be able to explore on foot.CON - the only con I can name is that the fabric has started to pill a bit already- but I move my feet in my sleep so that's part of the cause. I do worry that the tight compression will loosen with use, but given that I can get a dozen pairs of these socks for the price of the really ugly orthotic shoes I was using to control my pain, I'm not deducting any stars. 5Compression was great, and you certainly can feel a difference in ...Compression was great, and you certainly can feel a difference in the pain of the sole and sides of the sole. The seam at the bottom of the sleeve that lands in the archway is too thick for my feet, and so it creates a new type of pain right at the arch. I don't think this will be the case with all people because it's really based on your arch as well as where and when you use the sleeve. I used it while playing basketball so I could feel the pressure of the seam during the game. I'm going to try it more just walking around the house and without standing on my feet and see how it works. The material of the sleeve itself is certainly good quality which is why the seam probably feels so thick, when you double up the material it feels a bit too thick for my feet. 3High arch and a tender heelFor my plantar fasciitis these were a huge waste of money. Great arch support but the heel was way too tight. It actually caused more pain. I tried wearing them twice but could only tolerate half an hour. I'm a nurse and have worn support hose for the last 20 years. But, this was a bit crazy. I ordered a small for my 6.5. Wish I hadn't thrown away the packaging or I'd send them back.11/16/16- I received an email from Sebastian at SLS today inquiring about my sock and if there was something the company could do to help me. After a few emails and his concern about my purchase and my frustration with my P.F. he offered a full refund of my sock. The sock is well made and provides good arch support, a bit too much around the heel for which I'm taking off the star. Thank you for the great customer service! 4i'm getting a 2nd for sprained/strained ankle, achilles or plantar pains!i had a sprained ankle last several weeks. tender pain but no visible swelling, but unable to walk normal stride at pace or far without aggravating it, descend stairs normally without reinjury or flexing to step on gas pedal, and not recovering for weeks, if anything it was getting worse). i tried 2-3 other cheaper compression socks prior that didn't work, too tight or whatever, but this one was just right and immediately within a few hours of wearing it, the reinjury/tenderness started going away, strides/stairs/gas pedal all returning confidently back to normal within 5 days, so i think this is the best bang for buck aka cheapest under $20 ankle sleeve that does the job.and its thin enough to not feel it under your, so i dont give 5 star ratings often, normally 4 stars for solid products, rarely ever 'love' anything enough, but there are a few and this is one of them, will order another, as i'm afraid to take it off! i am also wearing another 5star velvet night splint from amazon every few nights as needed but was doing it before this sleeve. the sleeve helps stabilize the ankle just enough during the day and the splint can isolate it in the right position at night to heal.its been 7 days and i'm back to regular walking/stairs and ready to go back to the gym and hope in next 7 days to try jogging on treadmill and get back to soccer in 15 days. 5HAPPY FEET!! The Mediums fit perfectly, my shoe size is 9.0.They are snug around the ankle so they do not slip down, the open toe allows my toes to breath.I am going to order another pair so I can always have one ready to wear.My left foot is having the main issue, sever pain in the bottom of the foot & super bad heal pain. My Right foot has some arch pain, so I wear on both feet. 5you'll be comfortable with themThe socks are incredibly tight on your ankle, and upper leg. As an average person, there is NO way, you'll be comfortable with them. I wear a 7.5 in shoe, and ordered a medium size sock. The sock has actually hurt my knee, because it is so tight. I believe Amazon is bringing this socks from China, because they are way too small. If you're a 10 year old child, it would be perfect, but not for an adult. I hat to actually cut them, which messes with the integrity of the sock. If it wasn't so tight on my knee/lower leg, it would be perfect. The color matches perfectly, and it is actually tight on my heel. 1Like plantar fasciitisI ordered these to for the fasciitis I have on the outside edge of my foot. Like plantar fasciitis, it causes heel pain. Have only had these for 2 weeks, but I am already noticing a difference. I wear them whenever I am doing physical exercise, for added support and compression. I like how the material is very thin but has strong compression. Can wear under a regular sock. These are keepers for me! And I need to get another set. 5Quality and price can't be beat!Don't let the price of these compression sleeves fool you. There are others out there on the market that are more expensive don't buy them! Buy these instead! I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of these compression sleeves for my planter fasciitis in combination with horrific ankle arthritis. They have been effective and very comfortable, plus thin enough to wear socks over them. Honestly, you can't even tell that you are wearing them except you can feel the light pressure and it's a very nice comforting feeling. I researched homeopathic solutions to help with this painful issue and found these were a great price point. it's been 1 week and I have noticed improvement. I started wearing them during the day and sleeping with them. Then just wearing them during the day. I prefer having them on 24/7 and will need to purchase another pair so I could wash them and change them out. At this affordable price I can own several pairs. 5ExcellentBe aware of the size you order to get a perfect fit. Otherwise know this is a lifesaver for the problems I have with my feet and calves. I even wear to bed to assist with the uncomfortable feeling I get. The sellers are excellent and care, really care about the product and their customers.
