Excellent relief for lower back pain.My doctor recommended as a natural muscle relaxant to address my lower back pain. I was skeptical but within 2 week almost all of back pain was eliminated. For me it has been a miracle drug for my lower back pain. 5Recommended by my Internal Medicine DoctorMy pharmacist recommended a magnesium supplement due to one of the other medications I take. My primary physician steered me to SlowMag in particular. The recommended dosage is two tablets daily, but I do better on just one. The tablets are the size of an M&M candy: smooth and easy to swallow (although I don t swallow my M&M s on a routine basis!) 5SAVED ME FROM TRIPS TO URGENT CAREDue to a kidney disease problem, I slough magnesium. Therefore my magnesium is constantly going below what is needed. With this product I am able to adjust my magnesium (with my doctor's guidance) so that I no longer have toget infusions of magnesium at urgent care. A LIFE SAVER!!! 5Helps with neuropathy caused cramping in feet and legsThis product is great. It has helped with leg and feet cramps I have due to neuropathy. When I was ordering it, I didn't see that two ingredients within this are Talc and Sodium Lauryl Sulfate. Those are two ingredients that are definitely NOT good for the body! There are other ingredients in there, also, that are equally bad for you.I don't want to put any of those into my body, so I can't say how this item actually performs.It does show this within the ingredients listed, so be sure to read the ingredients on ALL pages/photos before purchasing this.I can't return it without haven't to pay return shipping.
