Tiny capsules are easy to swallow!These little liquid caps are teeny, and that's a lot nicer than swallowing some big ol' horse pills. Vitamin D s super important for proper immune system function, so I take this daily, even during the summer months. 5Great product!!After my doctor took blood tests and told me my Vitamin D was super low, I took 50,000 IU for a short period of time then transitioned to this product. Purity Labs Vitamin D3, 5000 IU. I take one a day as does my wife. My latest blood test shows that my D levels are back where they belong. this is a very tiny gel pill and super easy to take. The pricing is right and the staff are very professional and friendly. I highly recommend this product. 5best format and value.I live in the very northeast US, and in winter, there is not much sunlight, which can lead to depression and emotional instability. This stuff works GREAT. Its small, potent, and just the right amount to take a day, and if you take it regularly, its enough to stay in your system a bit if you forget a day or 2. So I will continue to order this product due to cost and safety. 5Super small gel capsules are easy to swallowAfter being diagnosed with severe vitamin D deficiency, my doctor prescribed Vit D 5000IU over the counter.These capsules are very small and very easy to swallow; I haven't had any issues at all with having them get "stuck" in my throat while trying to take them.They shipped quickly and were well packaged.My only complaint is about the container they come in - it's not a child proof cap - so I have to be extra careful that the bottle is not in arms or climbing reach of my littles.I haven't had my follow up bloodwork yet to see if these have 'worked' but I'll make sure to update accordingly if they don't.Otherwise, a great product! 5*Gently shakes half-full bottle and doesn't hear anything* "Oh! Guess I ran out!"I've been buying these for my grandpa since his doctor said he should take 5000 IU of D3 based on a blood test that found his level to be low. I can't draw any conclusions regarding their effects on his health as his medications and his conditions have changed so much since he started taking it, but what I can say is that his phlebotomist is happy with their effect.My only (and minor) complaint is that despite the silica gel packet the capsules stick together in the bottle. Now I'm not talking about capsules fusing together to the point where tearing them off each other rips them open and spills the vitamin oil all over. I've dealt with capsules like that, and perhaps in hot or humid conditions these would behave like that, but I haven't seen it happen. What I'm complaining about is the minor inconvenience of sometimes having to whack the bottle against a hard surface before doling them out into grandpa's pill boxes. #firstworldproblems 5
