Don't Know How But It WorksI'm just finishing my first bottle of Pumpkin Seed Oil and plan to order more. I even got my husband to start taking it. It took less than a week before we both noticed less urgency to empty the bladder or to find a restroom. I tried this product because of the other reviews, and now I'm adding my voice to theirs. I really didn't want to take a prescription medication for an inconvenient problem. 5Good company experienceI ve just taken this product for three days so it s too early to judge its effectiveness. It arrived on time and as expected. All good so far. 5Couldn't possibly give a higher recommendation for this product. It's literally changing my life in a very, very positive way.I'm 54, have two grown children and my trips to the bathroom during the night had become out of control. The last week before I bought this product, I was up every 50 to 90 minutes to empty my bladder. Exhausting, to say the least. I did not realize pumpkin seed extract contained tryptophan which, when combined with carbs, aids in falling and staying asleep. I also have PTSD which manifests itself almost every night in bad dreams. While I'm not suggesting this is a treatment for PTSD, last night was the first night in a very long time, that I've been able to sleep four and half hours, dreamless, without having to wake and go to the bathroom. I almost wept with relief and happiness. Needless to say, I LOVE THIS PRODUCT. And I've only just begun taking it. I just did some research and discovered that if I ate half a turkey sandwich on wheat bread before going to bed, the effects of this product will do even better.
