Four-way stretch material provides even compression over all the anatomical prominences of the joint. Upper and lower hook-and-loop encircling straps maintain stabilizer in correct position; straps are adjustable and removable.
Opening over back of knee minimizes binding, provides for additional wearing comfort. Breathable and comfortable for long term wear.
Included stay-fresh microbial resistant treatment. Orthotex is an alternative to neoprene. Materials are completely latex-free.

works to the best of it's abilityI have very large thighs and small calfs (big upper leg, small lower leg). I ordered a 5x since I knew that I was going to need it to fit my thigh that measures approximately 29 inches. Surprisingly, this product is slightly too big. I probably could have bought a 4x. I knew that it wouldn't fit the lower part of my leg properly due to such a drastic size different of my leg HOWEVER I'm still able to make it work. I bought this item so I could get back to play softball. You have to wear a leg compressor, knee compressor, or anything on your knee to keep up from sliding down. There's really no knee brace that will stay up if you're my size. I put this brace on over stop of my pants and it stayed on. It slid down once throughout the game but that's because I didn't really take enough time to tightened the bottom. I think when it comes braces that are affordable, this is as good as it's going to get. 5BATE AND SWITCH !!!!!!!BATE AND SWITCH!!!!! I ordered this knee brach on Oct 16. I received a cheeper low quality knee brace instead of the one I ordered. When I wrote a really bad review this company called me up within minutes and offer me the world if I removed the review. I did and guess what? No knee brace and no credit has been sent to me. Do not buy anything from this company. 1velcro fasteners appear to be of high quality to hold the brace secure ..So far very pleased with my Knee Stabilizer Wrap.. I received it promptly and appears of good quality.. A friend who recommended this knee brace wrap had told me that his has lasted two years with daily use.. Hopefully mine will be the same :) 5Hard to useI ended up returning this. It is VERY complicated to use, with buckles and straps and Velcro (and the Velcro sticks to everything!), and as a person living alone, is it just too difficult to put on without it being a half-hour production. Might be great for engineers (hah), or if you have someone to help you out -- specifically dealing with bringing it around the back of your thigh -- it might not be a problem. 2Long lasting and works properly every time it is worn.This is a replacement for my first Orthotex knee brace purchased over 20 months ago. It is worn every day and is the only wrap of the five or six I have purchased from different stores that performs as it is supposed to every time it is worn. It is available in larger sizes and that is a great thing -- none of the one size fits all bs -- not with these type of braces.
