I'm a runner and these saved my anklesThe product arrived promptly, with two ankle sleeves packed in a cute little box. The ankle sleeves look as pictured on Amazon- a very classy and sporty look with the black and grey stripes. They fit perfectly, so it seems the sizing guide is accurate. I typically run about 4 to 6 times per week, anywhere from 1.5 miles to 10k on sidewalks and roads, and had been having some pain in my ankles. After I started wearing these compression sleeves- no more pain! I also found them useful in keeping my ankles warm in the cold winter weather, which I hadn't even realized was an issue until I started wearing these and felt so much better! I didn't position them right when I put them on the first time, and found them a little uncomfortable because the slight ridge on the bottom edge was pressing into the bottom of my foot in a weird way, but once I got them properly positioned they felt great. These are just what I needed, and my ankles thank me every day for the extra support and compression. 5Ankle compression sleeve support (Pair)I purchased these sleeves to help support my left ankle due to an Achilles irritation/pain. It gave me good support as soon as I put it on. The pain in that ankle diminished considerably and allowed me to move around more freely.The size fit my ankle well. It didn't dig in the bottom/sole of the foot wlike some others I had. It is comfortable to wear and I'm happy with this purchase. We shall see how these stand up over time and report back at a later time. 5If in between sizes, go up!When I measured my foot, I was in between a small and a medium (I wear a women's size 8 shoe.) I have narrow feet and ankles so, I went ahead and ordered the small, but it is super tight on my foot. I'm going to return it and get a medium to see if the fit feels better. I think if you can find the right size these would work great. They felt really nice on my foot and gave me support in my ankle without restricting movement too much. 4"Everyday Comfort"These are outstanding "compression sleeves" made from high-quality material and superior manufacturing. I, personally would consider these more useful as a "everyday type" of ankle compression warmer for anyone with past ankle problems like myself, as opposed to a stiff "ankle support" as some others are that I have tried. These allow for freedom of movement without discomfort or binding up. Great product...(I just think the height above ankle too short).But I will take comfort in using these on a daily basis for light workouts or stooping, bending, etc. 4Highly recommended for rehab or preexisting ankle injuriesI was in a motorcycle accident way back in 2002 in which my left foot was completely broken off. They reattached it using two steel plates and 14 screws but it gives me trouble every day. I have tried many other solutions from boots to custom orthopedic inserts but nothing has helped as much as this sleeve. The problem is I have major swelling daily with my ankle and lacing up high top shoes or boots feels really good for support but by days end all the swelling is pushed up into my knee which is very painful as well. These sleeves provide good support but aren t so tight that they create swelling up my leg. Sorry for the long review but I wanted to give some good insight for someone who may be looking into these for support after a major injury or for rehab. I highly recommend this product for what I am utilizing it for!!! 5Nordic Lifting Ankle Compression SleevesI recently purchased my first pair of these ankle compression sleeves and so far I have been extremely impressed with this product. I have now played five (5) sets of competitive tennis the past couple of days wearing these new sleeves which provided just the right amount of my much needed ankle support while not limiting my movement on the court at all. I have also worn these sleeves while working out on the stair climber at my gym with the same great results of comfort and stability. I have purchased at least eight (8) different types of ankle supports and/or braces over the past several years in search of just the right ankle support system that I wanted to be able to wear through my work day when needed as well as when I am playing competitive tennis and while working out at the gym. These Nordic Lifting Ankle Support Sleeves are exactly what I have been searching for over the past few years in that they provide just right the amount of ankle support and stability that I need while not adversely affecting any of my movements and mobility at all. These support sleeves are very comfortable which is extremely important to me. There are plenty of ankle support systems on the market today and I currently have a dresser drawer full of once or twice used ankle braces and/or supports that provided support but were simply too uncomfortable to wear for extended periods of time thus making them useless to me. I have had these Nordic Lifting sleeves on both of my ankles over a pair of athletic socks since 5:45AM ( approx 14 hours and I hardly even know that I am wearing them other than honestly noticing that my ankles aren't nearly as sore and aching as they normally would have been after a long day spent mostly on my feet and moving around. I would highly recommend this product to anyone that is in need of very comfortable ankle support at an extremely fair price. I confidently give this product my Five Star rating which is something that I rarely do. 5Cures earachesI bought these for my step-dad who had recently dislocated and fractured his ankle in a bike accident. He bought compression socks and ice packs but would not shut up about the swelling so I bought him these.He was effusive for the first two weeks after wearing Nordic. Now, silence. Because he no longer wears them.(Why? is the question you should have asked yourself.)Because he is no longer limping around like a little bb in pain.100% recommendation. (Don't ask me about the elbow sleeve) 5Whether you work out or just need some fantastic, unbinding support for your anklesWhether you work out or just need some fantastic, unbinding support for your ankles, this is the product to get. At work, I am on my feet for over 9 hours a shift, log over 25,000 steps, go up and down ladders about 50 to 10 times a shift while carrying 50 pound boxes. These ankle supports are awesome as they provide the needed support for your knees without bulking elastic materials that will not stay in place on your ankle joint. If you are borderline on the sizing, I recommend going up one size. But if you do have any issues, Nordic Lifting provides the most fantastic customer service you have ever experienced and they will work with Amazon on your behalf to get the correct size for your compression support. I am recommending these supports to all my co-workers and friends that need a little extra support for their ankles! 5Excellent fit and very comfortableExcellent fit and very comfortable. I have neuropathy in both feet and circulation and comfort are very important factors why I wanted to use these compression sleeves for my feet. Good product we will now see how it wares and what are the long term effects on my foot comfort. I strongly recommend you all try this product it is working for me now. 5Great for the ankle. Bad for my man-calves.I think I may have sprained my ankle back in March and periodically ever since, it will scream at me. It then makes my knee hurt, which then makes my hip hurt, and it all makes me feel like I'm 90 years old. I'm not anywhere close to that old. Wrapping it up is an instant fix, but not the most comfortable as the wrap moves out of place and stretches out easily. These sleeves have been a real blessing in the sense that they provide instant pain relief, easy to put on and take off, and don't move around throughout the day. The only problem I have with them is the fit on my man-calf; it's very tight. Before I bought them, I was curious how that was gonna work out since they didn't ask about calf measurement, and now I know. Ya just gotta deal, or get a bigger size which may not compress as much as ya need. 4
