They both fit the same, comfortable without being restrictive. I followed the sizing chart and they both fit me perfectly. I only gave this one a 4-star rating because the other is slightly better. They both dry well, overnight so I can use them again the next day. Both give great knee support when I'm running, and neither of them slips down my leg. A big plus. I only prefer the other because it gives me an extra 2 inches of support, 1 above and 1 below the knee. Those 2 inches add a little more support without restriction. I don't have damaged knees, they're fine & healthy, but I wear these to protect them, so I can continue to work out HARD without always worrying about inflicting damage. My husband has BAD knees from several athletic injuries over the years playing football and basketball & I don't want to limp like he does. I use these as preventative care. Bottom line this is a really good product. Better than the last pair I had.
