Great product Great company!I spent some time researching all the available medic ID bracelets and believe me there are LOTS of them. I looked at the guarantee and the practicality of being able to remove a link for the best fit for my husband. We decided that although I was able to find many that were less expensive they seemed to almost be a "throw-away" item. We also looked at the reviews. This bracelet seemed to have the best overall reviews of any we looked at. The personal touches that this company has is outstanding, they shipped the order within a few days. It looks great! Lots of compliments.We did order a larger size than our measurements but glad we did now we have an extra link and a bracelet that fits perfectly. The black engraving is especially good-- be a careful editor. If the lone complaint about not being able to read the engraving when the bracelet is on your wrist is a concern, then I suggest ordering it oversize so emergency personnel can pull it over your hand. After trying it on, my personal preference is to remove a link for a good fit. EMTs will figure out the clasp quickly. My opinion is that if you want a more upscale piece of jewelry than this, you will be into really significant $. He can break anything, EXCEPT this one. So far, it s far more durable then any bracelet he s ever had before. Printing information on the back of the bracelet keeps it out of plain sight, but easier to find. This product is quite superior to more expensive bracelets that we ve bought over the years. Most of the ID bracelets didn't look like something I would wear so why would I expect someone else wear it.To my great surprise it arrived in a very few days and was employed right away. The only problem is that the information etched into it is on the inside of the tag, and in an emergency, paramedics aren't able to see the information, and they aren't able to remove it while I am having a seizure. This is a perfect choice!Just got this - I know it sounds crazy, but I have been looking forward to get this ordered, and to have something engraved and to you in less than a week is fantastic - great customer service! Anyway, opened the shipping envelope - it was well protected - and there was this handsome piece of jewelry! The stainless steel bracelet is as pictured, and I think far more attractive than expected. The engraving on the reverse is very clear, readable from a yard away. I even received an email from the engravers to make sure all was as expected. Jon and his crew should be proud - a custom service delivered quickly and flawlessly!Several things you should know about the product:1- It comes with a wallet card for contact information.2- The bracelet is accurate as to size - I am a big guy, and was counting on the measurement being correct. It was.3- The links are well built, not thin and flimsy, and linked like fine jewelry.4- The clasp does not go flat when open, a slight inconvenience, but a stronger clasp for all that, and is marked subtly with the medical symbol as well,making it easy to spot, a very nice point of consideration - especially if you are unconscious and an emergency worker has to open it.5- The engraving is on the inside, which I pesonally like - it keeps my business private, except in emergencies. I read one review where they said that made them angry - read the description, dummy! - but I like the fact that it is as discrete as it is.
