Back supportI purchased this product for severe back pain and spasms associated with fibromyalgia. I found that while it offered little or no actual pain relief, it did offer great support where I needed it and in that way helped manage discomfort. It fit fairly flat against the body once applied and was not visible under clothing. I am a very small person, and usually have problems finding these types of items to fit correctly. The small Magnetic Back Support Belt from Dr. Bakst fits great, doesn't ride up or move once the velcro is fastened securely. I found it especially nice for travel, or if I had to be on my feet a great deal during the day. 5I've been wearing magnets for years!Love this belt!You don't have to worry about it being powerful enough to strengthen your back. This one is very powerful.It really takes away my pain.I ordered large the first time to go around my waist. Then I ordered medium to go around my upper body. Because my upper back hurts alot.I wish I had got medium for my waist. Because I need it a little tighter but it don't have enough Velcro to go tighter 5Well constructed magnetic belt.Great construction. A little stiff but it breaks in. Lots of strong magnets. Would be 5 star except that for inflammation and back pain, the north side of the magnets should be facing in. And I checked with a compass and it's opposite - most if not all are facing the same direction with south pole in.So I just use it inside out and it works well. 4Not that sturdy beltThe magnets in this belt are strong but the belt is flimsy and therefore, the belt doesn't fit firmly around your back and waist. I have purchased several types of these magnetic belts and this one is just as disappointing. If it doesn't fit snugly or firmly, it is no use to wear. 3Not recommendIt did NOT worked for me but I know why, because ALL magnets in this belt are faced South (+ positive) to the body ale we know only North (-) can be cure for the pain. So thats why I did not worked for me. All magnets in my belt are in wrong position, I read on internet that South Pole (+) can be even harmful. You can very easy check N and S Pole if you have compass at home. "Dr. Bakst Magnetics" this is very not responsible from your side and I do NOT recommended this belt at all.
