Good, but use with cautionMy friend suggested I buy these. They are always recommended by health enthusiasts. One caution: If you have acid re-flux, this is probably not a product you will find comfortable. I ended up giving mine away to my friend who was thrilled to receive them. They would very well for her. 4Health Logics Black Seed OilI feel much healthier over all when I take these as prescribed. I am a vitamin nut, so anything I think will give me more energy or benefit me in some other way, I will try. I typically give a new product at least a couple of months before I decide whether I'll use it in the long run, and I just ordered my second bottle of this black seed oil yesterday and am excited to get my refill of it. It gives me energy, boosts my mood a bit in the morning, and I don't have to worry about a funky taste since I take it in gel tabs.
