Works as it should!This item works as claimed, was quite easy to set up and operate, arrived as promised in great condition. This is a smartvery well made machine that is a bargain in price and high in quality. I am a physician and it compares withlistening with a stethoscope. 5Works GreatThis BPM works great. Readings are very accurate as we confirmed using the "old-fashioned" way. We used the Braun model but it gave what seemed like sporadic readings and most of the time would not inflate properly. So we went with this one to replace the Braun and are very happy with the decision. In fact, we bought a second one to give to my in-laws and they like it also. The only thing I would change is the mode to switch users. You have to do it before you turn the machine on rather than select it after start-up, I'm sure it is something I will get used to but it does seem odd. I recommend this product to anyone who needs to accurately record their BP and heart rate. 5Gurin BP cuff - Solid valueWhat a pleasant surprise. I purchased this cuff with some initial concerns with quality. Once I unpackaged the product I knew I had a winner.I have been in the medical field for right at 35 years, first as an Army medic and then as a Physician Assistant. I work in the ED and am very familiar with automatic blood pressure machines.I will say that for home use, this unit compares favorably with anything I've used. I especially like the comfortable high quality arm cuff. It comes in a nice sized case that you don't have to jam everything back into to get it to fit. It also has a separate memory function for two users. It's a nice feature and I could see taking it to the doctor's office to have the doctor quickly scroll through the last few months of BP readings that are time and date stamped to show any trends.One last thing, do not get a BP cuff that works on your wrist. They are basically worthless. This is the unit you want, just make sure you order the correct size cuff. 5good ProductPersonal use for blood pressure recording.
