Cleanse is right, but I don't think this will help me lose weightI'm on day 2 of drinking this tea twice a day. I've been working out steady for about 2 months now and I haven't seen a reduction in weight. I'm a petite female, and I'm hoping to lose 10-15 pounds. I don't typically like to use supplements, but my sister had recommended this tea. I was hoping it would help flush out toxins and jump start my metabolism so I could see some weight loss results. While I'm only on day 2 of drinking this, I have some definitely doubts about it's effectiveness. Firstly, I have not seen an increase in appetite suppression or energy. It's just like normal tea in that regard. Secondly, the increase in bowel movements is kind of insane for a natural product. I've had a history of digestion issues, and I typically only go 1-2 a week; I've gone 7 times in the past two days. I have my doubts that there's not a undisclosed laxative ingredient in the ingredient list. I know that is a lot of personal information, but you've got to know what you're getting into. The taste is really just "meh" for me. It's good when it's piping hot, but as it cools down it tastes a little sour. Just a personal preference I guess. I'm going to try to stick it out for a week to see if I have any real results, but for now, I'm not totally convinced. 3Works but Too Many Side EffectsEverything in this product's description is pretty much true. It does taste a lot better than any other dieter's tea I have tried. However, I wouldn't call it gentle. I only drank this once or twice a day and followed the directions exactly but I ended up with abdominal cramps and too many loose bowel movements for my liking (if this is TMI I apologize). There is also a not so pleasant crash, similar to when you drink too much coffee. I got through one bag of this stuff because I didn't want to waste it and I did experience pretty quick weight loss while I was drinking it but the side effects were too much for me to purchase it again. I have had much more success with Garcinia Cambogia and Green Coffee Bean extract along with my diet plan. No loose stool and no side effects and you can get them for around the same price as this or cheaper depending on brand. 3Something ChangedI have been using this tea since 2014, Something hanged in the formula this last year. Doesn't work as well and the color and taste is different. The previous formula was fantastic. 2Cleanse the natural way!My wife and I love this product. She has ordered it before so this is not my first time drinking this tea. First off if you want a thorough cleansing in the form of a tea and not a pill, then this is the way to go. It does exactly what it says it does. It also helps with bloating and leaves you feeling lighter. Overall I would say this is a great tea especially for the price. You won't be disappointed with the results! 5Jumpstart your weight loss!This tea has helped with removing the toxins out of my body & it has helped me lose a little more weight, on top of the 20 pounds I lost before I started drinking the tea. This is also a great tea to drink to jump start your weight loss. I have no bloating and a flatter stomach fast ! When used in conjunction with working out it works even better. I have also switched to a plant based diet and this has also been easier with the tea curbing hunger. I train 5 days a week and eat 90/10 clean. At times the amount of fiber in take in will cause issues with my ability to process and pass...anyhow this has helped with bloating and the above noted issue. It has a great light taste, not bitter, nor tasteless. I didn't add any sweetener and loved the taste on its own. Will buy again. 5Love it!!As I read the other reviews I am given to understand that this tea (like many other weight loss products), does not always produce the desired results. But It has worked for me and I think that this is the third time I am buying this detox tea. It has helped with bloating and my troubles with water retention. Added there is a significant drop in my weight. But be aware that depending on how your body responds to this herbal concoction, you need to be prepared for a few or lots of restroom runs. I abstain from taking the tea during or before a work day for this reason. Like recommended the best time is to have a cup of this tea after you are done for the day.Sometimes i take the tea once in two or three days as the effects could extend for more than a day. Just play it according to what your body tells you.I have not had a problem with taste (and actually have always found it pleasantly appealing) as the purpose of this tea goes beyond good taste. Moreover, any given day I would rather take this herbal mix than any of those yuckkyyyy protein mixes in the market.The product arrived on time and in good condition. 5It s healthy and tastes goodI ordered this tea to aid in both my weight loss efforts and to detox my system. After having it used for several weeks in a row and following a healthy diet and exercise plan, I have not seen any changes in my weight, or any benefits from this tea. Unfortunately this does not mean that it would not work for you, as every human physiology is quite different. The one positive about this tea that I can give is that it has a quite pleasing taste. 3
