Her goals are to lose weight and body fat, while mine are to stay lean and continue to grow and improve as a long distance triathlete. We both use it in our oatmeal and tea, and I often travel with it and put it in my coffee. My experience has been amazing, and she already notices a difference in energy and along with other things - has lost 5 pounds this month. WE LOVE IT 5Quality MCT Oil!I have used this in my coffee everyday since I received it. The convenience of having the MCT oil emulsified makes all the difference in the morning. No blender necessary! I started to notice a difference in my energy with just ONE cup. Usually I'm a 2-4 cup of coffee kind of guy but with the MCT oil I have sufficient energy to last me throughout a whole day at work. Also I purchased the vanilla flavor and I really enjoy the taste. 5Bad batch?? Normally a good product.After a few weeks it got all clumpy. Very disappointed. Not sure if it was a bad batch. This is my 3rd bottle of this product but the first time I've seen this. I just purchased at the end of October. It was fine at first. I store it in the refrigerator and shake it well before use. Now it looks gross. 1Contains sugarBeware -- this contains sugar. I'm baffled as to why the manufacturer included "cane sugar" as an ingredient as many people who are seeking out MCT oil will definitely not want a product with any carbs, and certainly not sugar. I wouldn't have purchased this if I realized it contained sugar. 1It s ok....not as good as Onnit s emulsified creamerBought this for my bulletproof coffee - I thought I wanted Onnit s version of this and figured this was probably the same thing. It s not. Onnit s adds a nice flavor to my coffee. This is not horrible. In fact it s a strong second to Onnit s - I ve tried some that truly are horrible. Also Onnit s version is much thicker. Disappointed I tried it but it s vanilla flavor and the packaging looks the same and Vanilla Onnit was out of stock. 3Finally! A healthy product that taste good!This is my first try with an MCT or any kind of "High Performance" oil. Knowing that healthy products are directed to athletes and dieters, I was not expecting much in terms of flavor from the oil. Of all the products that I researched, this is one of the few that are emulsified (creamy, not oily) and advertised to have coconut flavor.There are many brands out there and most offer vanilla flavor or unflavored but let me tell you, This Sport Research brand makes a coconut flavor that is excellent: not sugary, not plastic-like, not strong and definitively not rancid. The flavor is definitively coconut but subtle enough to enjoy directly from the spoon or mix in coffee. 5AddictedMy boyfriend and I had done a lot of research on MCT Oil, & our friends had told us about this particular brand and their products so we decided to give it a go! We LOVE it! We got the coconut flavor and it leaves just the slightest taste when used in our AM coffee. It's really creamy, not oily at all. We've been using as a replacement for creamer. I've been on a strict diet and have cut sugar out of my daily routine, so this is the perfect replacement for really sugary creamers. I let my mom use it too and she become obsessed! Ordering her one for Moms Day. 5Not the best choice for Keto...Tastes ok, better pricing than competitors, but who's idea was it to put cane sugar in MCT oil? For those of us that are on a ketogenic diet (likely the majority of this market), this is an unforgivable sin. Make the product without sugar or sweeteners and I'll gladly buy more. Until then, I'll pay more for the competitor's product. 2Keep finding new ways to use it!I bought the Creamy Vanilla flavor on Prime Day to try it out. I really like the taste and consistency. I use it in my bulletproof coffee and also use it to top berries with creme fraiche for a yummy dessert. I have added it to smoothies as well. For the Keto diet crowd, it is made with some cane sugar, but it is about 2g per tablespoon and I can tolerate that just fine.I have been trying to get the In-Laws to use coconut oil in their morning coffee but they have been having a hard time sticking to it (apparently the blender is too much work). I think they may like Emulsified MCT oil much better because they can use it directly in coffee and it tastes good. Will definitely reorder this one. 5Spoiled batches out there!!! Yuk!!!Most horrible thing I ve ever purchased. I opened it, shook it like the label says and put some in my coffee. It smelled like, and I m not exaggerating, pure vomit. I could not drink it due to it being so bad. I thought maybe it was just me so I tried it again later In another drink. Pure vomit smell and taste. I had to pour it down the drain. I may have just received a spoiled bottle, but it was the worst thing in the world. I have no desire to try that again. I should get refunded if possible. 1
