Do Mass Gainers work?I think the science behind building muscle is pretty simple, you know? Eat more calories than you burn and workout. That s how you gain weight. Turning it to muscle & the right kind relies on two things. Your natural anabolic state. This can be impacted a bunch of different ways with obviously lifting being the most important. What I ve found to be an incredible difference maker is Genius Muscle Builder for Lean Muscle & Strength & then what s even more important??? The quality of mass gainer that you use.I think Dynamtize is amongst the best and that s mainly because I know they put quality into any of their protein supplements. This isn t just a bunch of garbage carbs and honestly I think even Optimum Nutritions falls quiet a bit behind this. 4Do NOT buy if you have a history of depressionI bought the big 11 pound bag. Man, if you have a history of depression this will straight up depress you BIG TIME. No other weight gainer or product has EVER had the effect on me that this has. Since stopping, I have been completely fine. I've read that BCAAs can do this. I recommend trying True Mass 1200 since it has naturally occurring EAAs as well - Not just BCAAs that have been spiked into the product separately. 1Yay!Boy oh boy did I gain weight with this bad boy. I went from 175 to 205 in one month!! Now I have diabetes and hypertension!!! Jk I don t but Yea good product. 5Tastes good enough, but a few things weren't as I expected. CAN LOWER MOODNeeded to take up some additional weight, so I started looking around at brands and found this one at the best price per serving value out of at least 10 others, but still it's not what you'd expect: Each gigantic container is only enough for 8 servings or a little over a week's use. Most people are going to need this in their diet for multiple months for results so That's over $120 per month per 7+ Lbs. A bit expensive, but honestly the cheapest you can find in weight gainers.My problem comes with the overwhelming amount of BCAA's in each serving, Now, BCAA'S are good for their perpose which is to rebuild your muscle and aid with recovery. But it's an unnecessary add-on for anybody strictly looking for easily digestible calories, a lot of negatives with BCAA's are they are known to lower serotonin levels; causing low energy and sadness. You'll get a boost of energy, but afterwards there is a crash with dosages this high. I've noticed my mood becoming affected immediately after the first day. So I'd advise anyone who's has history with depression and as unfortunate as it might be for that depression to be linked to your own body-weight, this stuff IS NOT for you.Personally, I will be seeking a cleaner alternative for calories and sticking with my own protein powder for muscle gain. 3Really like this gainer Will buy againI am really liking this gainer. The serving size is kinda monstrous, but I break it down into 4 equal portions for the 1200 plus calories and so far so good. Have tried many other weight gain products,this is the only one that I'm finally seeing results. I've gained 11 pounds in less than 2 weeks. For me, that is huge. Taste pretty good, sometimes u add peanut butter or bananas. Will be buying again. The serving size is so big you only get so many servings,so it can get expensive. I got the strawberry flavor and am very happy with it, will definitely buy more! 571g of sugar!Horrible taste. 71g of sugar per serving (that's 18 teaspoons of sugar!). Nothing but empty carbs. I would not recommend this product. I am returning it. 1great for quick gain.The sizing of this product is awsome !!! Im 4'8 sw is 115 and ive been taking this for 1 week im at 118 . All thanks to THIS Mass gainer. The only negative is the scoop is super huge.I have the vanilla flavor. I buy these flavor packets from Walmart for $1 and i mix it with ice cream and my mass powder . Ive made flavors like cookies and cream, cotton candy and also bubble gum. I will update my review WHEN I reach my gw which is like 135.Edit : By July 20th I had reached 120. So in 2 1/2 weeks i had gained a total of 5 pounds. I stoped making my shakes and started going back to smoothie king every so often. Im going to get back on my weight gain journey really soon. I really recommend this . I gained even without changing my eating habbits drastically because the Super Mass Gainer provided alot of calories. People noticed a big difference. I uploaded pics and not sure if it does justice but I'm happy so far. Il start back on my journey real soon. 4A Bit of a Scam with a serving size being 2 Massive Scoops! You'll Run out in days.I disliked that it uses a huge scoop and a serving size is of course 2 huge scoops, I you'll run out really fast .. not a very good deal for the money.. I have a fast matabolisim and thought it would help me put on a few pounds but it didn't work at all.. there is also No Aminos in these to speak of and no recovery fomula either. Good protein amount, and the calories are great but again these scoops are huge!! Hope you have alot if money it's gone in a few days. 410/10 gainer5/5. Have been using this product for years. The bag is now easy to reseal and causes less of a mess. Great improvement. Helps me hit calorie goals and doesn't include a bunch of useless simple sugars. I don't gain body fat when I use this.You may feel weird while your body absorbs so many nutrients at once. Try this with water before any other mixture. Notice that there are two different nutrient charts for this gainer. One is with milk, and one is with water. Don't blow it. Wash your hands after using the scoop. You can't just wipe off the powder. It's too powerful. 5
