Effective, With A Healthy Dose At A Fair Price...I've been on a natural regimen for treating my high BP for some time now...Part of that regimen has always included one of these multi ingredient blends in addition to the other supplements I take. Although most of them work pretty well, others perform quite a bit better...And at a better price...I have been on this one now for about 2 weeks and have had very favorable results from it. I take my BP myself about 3 times a week and well keep track of it. (Very important to get your own tester if you are in a natural regimen like me, or, if you have a real serious problem with your BP). This is not the most complete ingredient wise that I have ever used, but it has been one of the best. And, it has most of the truly proven ingredients in it that I have come to expect will give me some real BP lowering results..That is, hawthorn, hibiscus, garlic bulb, to name a few.. Do any research about naturally lowering high BP online and you will begin to get very familiar with the same herbs, vitamins mentioned as part of any natural approach to controlling it...And, just as important, this brand carries a healthy, very acceptable dose of all of them. Personally speaking I have to pay just as much attention to the price as I do what's in it....I have been all over the place as to trial and error price wise and really seen some disappointments in some supplements that are quite costly. This is one thing that you always don't get what you pay for, trust me..This brand isn't the very cheapest on Amazon, but one of the best for the price for the quantity and quality you get. Altogether a good, solid supplement that is proving itself to be very effective for me, and at a fair price...Recommended... 5I have only used the product for a few days ...I have only used the product for a few days but my BP readings have stabilized and they have gone down. Helping to keep BP consistent is important in getting over all control. 5What a miracle !!I can't believe this medicine is so effective yet it contains natural ingredients. I started using it 10 days ago. I also use garlic extract together with this (BRI Nutrition Odorless Garlic - 120 Softgels - 1000mg Pure And Potent Garlic Allium Sativum Supplement)it was almost impossible to reduce my diastolic (low blood pressure) below 85 now I consistently see some numbers between 70-80. As far as i can tell it seems to be more effective on diastolic (the low BP) compared to the systolic..On the box it says use 1-3 pills a day. I am using only 1 per day. Maybe if I use more it will be more effective but I don't want to go extreme.Will keep you updated on how it goes. 5Check with your doctor....I didn't check with my doctor.I took myself off bp meds.I have lost 21 lbs.I take this supplement.My bp this morning was 120/75.It used to be 189/100.50 more lbs to go.My doctor is not going to like this. I do not condone self- treatment and you should not do it. Always check with your doctor before changing anything dealing with medicine. 5I think this might work!My blood pressure has been creeping up, getting to on average about 145/85 lately on a couple meds. I don't want the doc to put me on a third so I tried this. Been on it only five days and tonite my bp was 120/74. It hasn't been that low in years! I'm excited that this product may be going to work well for me. I was on Lotensin for maybe almost 20 years and i had a cough and didn't know it was from the prescription. I was changed to Losartan and lasix. I am not one to take big pharma,but for BP nothing was helping naturally. I have MS and do quite well on a the foods we grow and raise. The doc keeps raising my dose of lisinopril. For about the last six months I have been taking Lisinopril 40. Still every single day my blood pressure has been running skyhigh. All the way up to 165/105! I started taking this supplement two days ago. The first day I took three, spread across the day. The second day I took one in the morning and one in the evening. My blood pressure reading this morning was amazing! I thought it might be a fluke, so I took it again a few hours later. The blood pressure numbers are perfect now! I m sold! 5Wonderful Product!This is the best product I ever used. You can maintain your blood pressure level!
