Adhesive very poorThe adhesive is not strong enough to hold in place while putting on the shoes. Had to use super glue!! 1Decent arch supportI stick them right to my feet.. easy to hit the arch area this way. I remove them at the end of the day, wash them and let them dry sticky sticky side up. They regain their stick for repeated use. Love them! Just remember to keep the plastic that they come with so you can cover the sticky part back up when not in use. 5Waste of moneyArch support did not stick in the shoe. I put it in place and once I slid my foot into my shoe the arch support was on my toes or somewhere else in the shoe. Once I finally got it where I wanted it, it still slid all around the shoe. The sticky side where it should have held to my shoe did not work. These are in the trash now. Waste of money. 1They stick well, but very hard to place correctlyThese are okay, but the issue is that I can't figure out where to position these arch supports. I know that sounds silly, but every time I put them in the shoes, one support is in a different position than the other and don't feel even. I think unless you need these small supports specifically, you may be better off with full size or 3/4 size supports. 4Plantars Fasciitis RELIEF!I have had persistent PF in my left foot for the past 2 years (in spite of shots, stretching, and physical therapy) and because i won't have surgery I've been buying those expensive, brand-name shoes that accomodate people with problem feet, or wearing an arch support that wraps around my foot but is clearly visible and uncomfortable over time. While these have worked for me, I wanted to give the Dr. Scholl hidden arch supports a try when i saw them in the store with the hope i could save some money in the long run.I LOVE them! They require an adjustment period (as they arch fairly high), but i can now wear shoes and sandals i couldn't wear the past 2 years. You can't see them, and they are slightly "sticky" so you can transfer them between shoes. I found it took a bit of testing to place the arch in the shoe just right, so I just bought 3 pairs so I can leave the support in the shoe once I've placed it properly. Very, very happy with the results!!! 5Will move around. Updated 8/3/18Good support in flats, lousy to stay in place.Update: been using for 2 months now, I ended up placing them under the shoe insole and boy they stay now. I will have to agree with some of the other reviews, they could be higher but I have really high arches. They do help to reduce arch pain occurrences. 3Good SupportSo I originally ordered this to wear with a pair of flats I ordered but it was taken by porch pirates. I ended up getting it at a local Wal-Mart and found new shoes at a store to wear them with.. I do have flat feet and arch support is a huge deal. I tried these and they fit great and I didn't have to size up my shoes. They stay in place once you put them in. I have worn them with and without no-show socks and it doesn't stick to either my foot or the sock. It is recommend to change out every 6 months or depending on use. So if you're constantly switching them to fit different shoes they likely won't last as long from just wear and tear. They do provide good support and my feet definitely don't ache at the end of the day after walking around all day. I am also wearing these with a relatively low heel. But they're comfortable and I'm glad I made the purchase. 5Moves around; material is uncomfortableTried it based on reviews for high arches. It didn't stay in place in shoe and was hard so ended up hurting feet more. Unable to return. My podiatrist made me temporary ones out of like a memory foam material that feels great. This is nothing like it. It feels like rocks on your shoes. 1Instant pain reliefI ve been a suffering with severe plantar fasciitis and fallen arches for several years. My podiatrist gave me my last cortisone injections a couple mths ago. Next up, surgery. I ve been searching for relief, and here it is!I don t worry about the adhesive issues everyone seems to have, I simply slipped it into my special compression sock which holds it on place tightly! I have been wearing it for a few hours, since it arrived today and my pain is gone. I m so happy to feel this good again. I spent hundreds of dollars on inserts and inner soles and shoes and this is the winner. 5They don't stick well enough.I was expecting these to be pretty good considering the brand. I tried them in my work shoes and they dont stay in place at all. I was having to adjust them constantly and just ended up taking them out. The sticky part isnt sticky enough and it wears away quickly and by quick i mean one use. If you pick them up and move them they're done and wont stick. So unfortunate. 2
