*Highly recommended*Two years ago, after two scopes and an ultrasound, I was diagnosed with non- functioning gallbladder. All test were clear. No gall stones, no celiac disease, no ulcers, just a gallbladder that quit.After suffering with nausea, heartburn, acid reflux, chronic fatigue and a chronic migraine for two years, all of which I had never had before EVER, I had finally had enough. I researched message boards, medical sites, and gallbladder groups. I wanted to understand why a healthy gallbladder quit working. One thing that was being talked about on the message boards was how digestive enzymes that are in this product had cured people with exactly my diagnosis. Even curing the migraines. So, after being sick for almost two years, I quit taking the meds the doctor had me on, the weren't working anyway, and started taking these enzymes.Day one, taking two with each meal, by the end of the day I had 30% relief in stomach symptoms. Day two, the chronic migraine disappeared. Day three, I felt 50% better than I had in two years. Day four, I was 90% better. Day five, I felt 100% better than I had felt in two years. Expensive medicine replaced with digestive enzymes. With all my research, I found this product to have all four of the enzymes others who had recovered from my diagnosis had recommended. I wish I had known this two years ago. I highly recommend this product. I believe everyone could benefit from this product, whether you have stomach problems or not. 5No more tummy achesMy daughter would complain about her stomach hurting every morning no matter what she ate for breakfast. I started using these for her and myself. No more complaints from her and I realized that I needed them too. I feel so much better now when eating. We only take one each morning and it does the trick for the whole day. She doesn t even need them every day anymore. 5Works Good on Raw OatsI find this being my weirdest review yet, so bear with me. These meet my limited, but important needs. I make whole fruit smoothies every morning that also contain dairy, oats, and veggies including a mix of salad lettuces and spinach. I don't cook the oats, thus have the same issues that most people have. But I use 100 grams of them (2.5 servings). So without these guys, the combination creates something uncomfortable. I'm not lactose intolerant and thus don't need these for that. Ditto with protein. I read about phytic acid. Most places talk about beans and whole grains that contain hard-to-digest sugars that basically rot in your gut. That creates gas and thus is uncomfortable. Bean-O is supposed to help with beans. I've never tried it and can't comment. But tossing garbanzo beans in my smoothies also did the same thing, so I quit. In the past, I would only eat a little oatmeal and cook it. It did the same thing, but on limited scale. Eating 100+ grams of raw oats is noticeable. Now, if I take only three capsules at the time I consume my smoothie, I notice it helps. I've increased to taking 4 capsules with my smoothies and the uncomfortableness goes away. I don't take 3 capsules twice a day as recommended because I don't really eat anything else that gives me issues. If I eat a PB & J sandwich on multigrain bread, then I might be asking for problems (but I only eat one sandwich and not two). I understand you can sprout oats, cook oats and soak oats. I don't do any of that and don't want to do it. So far this works good enough. I don't know if it is breaking down the complex carbs and thus that is reducing the rotting in the gut or what. I have noticed the difference between taking the 3 and 4 capsules and with how much oats I eat. If I eat a smaller amount of oats, then less uncomfortable and then not much of a need for these. I haven't tried other food like broccoli, cauliflower, beans, etc. to see how effective. But for oats in bigger quantity, these seem to work. So I hope that helps you out if you're looking for something. 5Great Product/ Great CompanyI had been taking other enzymes that for some reason upset my system, but I have no problem with these. I feel that my digestion is almost instantly improved when taking them. But I even though I am over the top thrilled with this product, I am even more impressed with the company selling them. After I ordered them, I got a letter checking to see if I had any questions. It was not a pushy or annoying letter, just great customer service that is rare today. Amazing!!! 5My Favorite Enzyme ComplexI don't know why exactly but these are the only enzymes that stop the "poot" :D Works great for dairy and vegetables!! More importantly - I take it when I take other supplements to help them absorb better. That is important to do. One caveat - if you over-do these particular enzymes, you may have increased stomach acid. I tend toward low stomach acid due to a battle with h-pylori (and likely born that way) but I do need to just use one or two a day of these enzymes because the really work so well. One bottle lasts me 2-6 months, depending on the state of my digestion. Its like it heals your guts for a while so you don't have to use them daily after a while ... then go back to them as needed. Seriously -- thanksgiving is coming up and this is one thing I definitely want on hand.And just so you know. I'm not fake and I am not paid for this review ... or discounted or anything like that. And I take lots of different supplements. I just happen to really believe in this supplement for people with gut issues.To add a little more help, I use the following:- CandiaFX- Spore-forming probiotics- Glutamine Powder- Mastic Gum complex- DGLI was born 38 years ago as failure to thrive and diagnosed with "Gluten Intolerance" (yeah - waaaay back then can you believe it) ... although I've tested negative for celiac, I'm just the unfortunate gut-impaired person.By the way -- I use a different enzyme (DPPIV) when I go out to eat and have risk of gluten cross-contamination. So I recommend using targeted enzymes for that particular issue. 5Amazing Product! Seek and you shall find.I've searched many stores and online for a enzyme to help me with my digestion and constipation. This is far the best enzyme product I have came across. After years and years I finally found it. The first time I saw these enzyme I was searching for something that will work. I hesitated about buying this product due to the price. I have spent so much money online trying to find the right enzymes for me. Everyone's system is different when it comes to finding the right one for you. When I received my enzymes I immediately open and took 3 capsules 1 hour before my dinner and 30 minutes later I had a bowel movement without any pain in my stomach from the gas I was having before. Thanks Assertive Wellness. 5Five Stars#1 REASON I LOVE THIS PRODUCT - It is a little known fact that digestive enzymes that include Protease will eat the good bacteria in Probiotics that you are buying!! So this company uses 2 other ingredients in their supplement to help break down protein but it is not the specific enzyme Protease that will feed on your expensive probiotic pills - fermented foods etc..... also people that suffer from heartburn and are trying to naturally relieve it through better gut health should know that protease irratate a comprimised stomach lining and can inhibit the healing process needed to recover from gerd and heartburn. I have not found another digestive enzyme that does not have Protease..that is why I recommend it!! 5We have been struggling with many alternative treatments like moisture creamMy daughter has dry/cracked skin on her feet. I know something bother her internally. She has MTHFR +/-, SOD2, CYP, and other mutations. We have been struggling with many alternative treatments like moisture cream, YL oil....finally Full spectrum and l-glutathione/sod support are what it takes to help healing her feet. I have to go through the elimination process to pin down as to what has helped her. Full spectrum enzyme is the key to help her digest food that in turns showing her feet as normal as today. Worked very well for that, but also noticed an improvement in my digestion, regularity, and energy level, so will continue to take these digestive enzymes as a routine supplement.
