Great for hormones and psoriasisI went to the health food store complaining of PMS and these pills were recommended. I have been taking themabout 10 years, one in the morning and one at night. I have absolutely no mood swings and went very smoothlythrough menopause with no PMS problems. They are also a cure for psoriasis. I tell people with hormone problemsthat this is their answer. People are very deficient in Omega 3's. These are the best. 5Wonderful product for emotional and brain chemestry balance and healingI LOVE, I mean LOVE this fish oil and at this time will not use anything else.This does have a positive effect on my brain chemestry.I had a very abusive and neglectful past and although those days are well over, the brain and emotions are in recovery and this product has helped with my PTSD effects.I am on SSRI. I still felt depressed and just unmotivated.
