Boston Brahma is a delicate blend of coriander, cumin, turmeric, ginger, and other exotic flavors. This Indian spice blend was named after the Brahma Chicken, which became popular here in Boston in the 1800s. This flavorful spice can be used on chicken, turkey, fish, corn on the cob, and we even made a dip from it. We combined 2TBLS of the spice with 3/4 cup plain greek yogurt and 1/4 cup sour cream. We tried it on veggies and potato chips too. Dont be a chicken, when it comes to using this flavorful spice. Add some to a steak stir fry too.
