Complete wasteHorrible. Unless you have twig arms don't buy it. I usually run a medium and got large to be careful I can't even get the material up my forearms. Good product for the priceAs the reviews state, this is sized wrong. I ordered a large and had trouble getting it on. However, after it stretched out after wearing for a few hours, I'm finding it to be very comfortable. Good product for the price. Order the largest size available. I wish they offered in XL. 3One Staritem measurements are different than actual product. Product ended up being too tight. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT 1Doesnt slim anything but helps with postureIt helps keep my shoulders lined up when I am doing heavy lifting. If you're sixteen and model skinny, it might work, but anyone fitting that description wouldn't need an arm shaper. I can't recommend this product. The seller made the return very easy, however. 1Sizing guide is inaccurate but item is great quality especially post surgery w/right size!!I used the sizing guide from here, it said large would fit 11 something inches to 12.8 inches I believe. My arms at the largest point were 12.5 (12 1/2") and 12.25 (12 1/4") so I ordered Large. There is no way if you've had brachioplasty (arm lipo) you could put this on alone. My hubby helped me put it on and he said it was too tight. I wore it all night anyway, when I woke up my hands looked like professor clump on the nutty professor, they were huge!! I took it off and my swelling on biceps look just like the material, my arms were ribbed. WAY TO TIGHT. It dug into my armpits terribly, cut off the circulation and left big dig marks all the way from one side of my pit to the other. Very painful. Not good when recovering from surgery you don't want to restrict blood flow. The quality was very good, just wish the sizing was more accurate. I am going to order an XL if they have it. I think it is a great compression garment for post surgery if you get the right size. Maybe when my swelling is all gone I can use the large. Like I said, my only issue was the sizing guide. I loved the garment itself and quality of it. 5
